My dear readers,
For you, a poem and a photo from my travel, which will continue for a few more days. Thank you for reading.
Eleusinian – Poem by Gabriela Marie Milton
Beneath the silence of the heated rocks,
Demeter harvests her lost tears,
Tonight, you will be hers, my dear,
Your body arting stones and souls
The ears of the corn will grow in silence,
Secrets of red sweetened lips
Falling to your knees
Youโll drink from my cupped palms
The supplication prayers
Of those youโve never met
Unknowing who I am,
The goddessโs veil will fallโ
Revealing all that once was hidden,
Blooms of blushed and bluish mornings
That once were sacred
and now sleep
Inside the drunken silence
of museums

Happy travels Gabriela! It seems youโre in the parts of the world where I spend my summerโฆ and I loved the poem. ๐น๐น๐น
Thank you Francisco. I have been traveling for a while in that part of the world. It has been a busy vacation. I read a post that came via email that you are going to have a new exhibition. I wish you success from all my heart.
It is a phenomenal part of the world. When I am in and around the coasts of the Aegean Sea I feel like I really belong in these parts. Enjoy! And yes, the exhibition in October at the Sala d’Exposicions. Thank you so much! All the best y un fuerte abrazo.
It is indeed. I cannot wait to see pictures from your exhibition. dos abrazos ๐น๐น

The world has changed, indeed, and the Goddess of the Harvest has surely been brought to the tears you describe, Gabriela. We cry with her.

I do love Greece.

Where are you located? Isn’t Vita Brevis in Tampa, FL?
I believe is still there. However Vita Brevis is the publisher that published my two single authored books. I started as a published author by being punished by Vita Brevis. Vita Brevis is not my publishing house. My Publishing House is called Literary Revelations.
Are you in Florida?
No, unfortunately.
Ok, I think NY. For some reason, I thought you were in the Tampa Bay area.
