    1. Hi Gina, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am humbled by your beautiful words and by your support, sweetheart. Wishing everyone a lovely and peaceful evening.
      xoxo

  1. Good morning G.

Seriously G, this was beautiful. Loved these lines, “I am the limits of my pain
the loneliness of those who do not fit.” Reminded me a little of some Leonard Cohen lyrics. Every word and syllable you touch turns to gold.

Congrats. The internet is a better place with your inspiring poetry adorning it.

    1. Good morning to the Beach Boy, Oh I meant Drew 🙂
Thank you for your kind words. They are splendid. Do you a have a free shoulder for about 10 min?

      1. Thank you, Drew. Now can I cry? No particular reason.
You’re great. Take care of you, Drew. Enjoy your day. Make it yours.
        G.

    1. Thank you so much for the congrats and for the praise. I am really glad you liked it. It means a lot to me😘 Well, the picture in the magazine was not my choice 😊
Sending you lots of love and thanks
      G.

    1. Benjamin, thank you so much for the congratulations and the nomination. I am really humbled and honored.

  2. My dear Gabriela. This finds the limits of pain and… despair. It’s a feeling like you’ve taken us to the edge of a cliff or to a deserted museum in the dead or night, or to the dreadfulness or a concentration camp. All of these things.

“nudes, born inside a gallery of souls

This gallery, with the night on the wall… such fear and terror. And the light of that poisonous, suicidal moon.

Oh G, the pain of this….. is heart wrenching. And so exquisitely written.

    Wow wow wow

    1. Oh, sweetheart you are here. That comforts me. Thank you for your beautiful words, even if mine are not so beautiful. I guess the last few days were rough. However, the poem was submitted a month ago so we can say it came out on time to cheer me up 🙂
Rachel, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. You are a fabulous soul and a great friend.
What can I send you? I am waiting for your order.

      1. Your words are stunning Gabriela, you create the atmosphere of this pain using such beautiful words. I’m sorry your last few days were rough. This poem cheering you up??!!! I hope you are talking about the publishing of the poem… because the sadness in this has a life of its own.

You are waiting for my order? It is all about you looking after you my dear friend. And letting others look after you too. Xoxox

      2. “Your words are stunning Gabriela,” Oh, thank you so much, Rachel. You are one of my best friends.
” This poem cheering you up??!!! ” Oh, not at all. I just found the time of publishing ironical.
“You are waiting for my order? It is all about you looking after you my dear friend. ” You are so sweet Rachel. Will you take care of you too?
“letting others look after you too.” That’s kind of difficult.
May you have a beautiful rest of the day, sweetheart.
        xoxoxoxo
        G.

      3. Your words are stunning. Its irrefutable. But, I do worry about you. Are the next few days going to be any better do you think? I wish I could show up on your doorstep with all the flowers and chocolate and everything you need, and just make a little fuss over you while you worked. Sending you all my love xoxox

      4. Rachel you are a gem. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being you. “Are the next few days going to be any better do you think?”
Well, sweetie, I teach on Thursday (tomorrow) afternoon for 7 hours. I teach on Friday afternoon for another 7 hours (thinking of canceling the classes on Friday) and on Saturday – get this – on Saturday from 8am- 6pm I will be in school again. There are
four dissertations scheduled for defense. Only if I can finish reading all of them until Saturday. But I should not complain about all that. My colleagues work as hard as I do. The problem with me is that on top of everything I write poetry and I am trying to finish a novel.
“I wish I could show up on your doorstep with all the flowers and chocolate and everything you need, and just make a little fuss over you while you worked.” Oh, that would be fabulous. And we could have a glass of red together and then you can play the piano. Beautiful. Let’s try to do that one time.
        xoxoxo…

      5. Oh my…. that must feel impossible dear Gabriela. If there is any chance you can cancel Friday afternoon classes, would you please please do this. For me, blame it on me, somehow, anything. This makes me understand even more just how brilliant your writing is. Yes, you would let me make a fuss of you, I would not take no for an answer. Besides, I would enjoy it. Yes to the red and the piano. Did I tell you my kitchen appeared now?

My dear G, my heart reaches for you. All the way across the ocean. I wish I could do more xxooxx
