      1. We are plugging along. How are you? You’ve been quiet lately.

      2. I am ok, thank you for asking Tim. We were in Europe for 8 days. We’re back. We will leave again in August. Don’t ask who made the travels arrangements 🙂
        How is the water situation?

      3. We got 1.8 inches of rain in June, which was a half inch more than we got in the previous 10 months after I put in a new weather station. We don’t have water for irrigation and the Rio Grande is running very low. We’ve had 0.08 inch of rain so far in July.

      4. That’s not good. I am really sorry. This climate…
        Is there any rain in forecast?

      5. We are coming into the monsoon season. We should get more thunderstorms in the evenings.

      1. Thank you so much Gabriela, it is a smashing summer here in the Aegean Coast of Turkey, sometimes Greece. Nice sunny days and temps not bad, in the 20’s so it is never too hot, like the heat wave we have in Spain! Cheers and all the best to you!

    I don’t know if you ever read Sheri S. Tepper “the gate to women’s country”… it’s one of those remarkable dystopian book written by a women.
