Picasso’s Rose #poetry

you meet me in your dreams

i feed you bread

your lips taste sweet grains

my lips taste ambrosia

around our bodies

silky white sheets

your palms touch roses

my palms touch snow

a door gets slammed

the room is dark

the music stops

the forest cries

you wake up

from inside a frame

i look at you

all silent and all rose
